Coca-Cola HBC lifts 2026 sales growth view after 9% Q3 beat
Coca-Cola HBC now sees 2026 organic revenue growth slightly above its earlier 6%-7% range after third-quarter sales rose 9%, topping the 8% analyst consensus compiled by the company.

The Switzerland-based bottler, which sells Coca-Cola products across Central and Eastern Europe and Africa, had previously guided for growth at the top of its prior range. It pointed to summer demand and promotional tie-ins with the FIFA World Cup, including special-edition packaging for Coca-Cola and Powerade, as key drivers of the quarter.
The company has been repricing products and adjusting packaging to keep pace with more cost-conscious households, as inflation and geopolitical tensions weigh on consumer budgets. It also flagged pressure from higher energy, fuel and commodity costs tied to the fallout from the Iran war.
Despite those input cost pressures, Coca-Cola HBC kept its fiscal 2026 organic operating profit growth forecast unchanged at 8% to 10%.
Separately, the bottler said it remains on schedule to close its acquisition of Coca-Cola Beverages Africa by the end of 2026, though antitrust clearance in Tanzania is still pending.
Why it matters for markets: An upgraded growth outlook and a consensus-beating quarter can support sentiment in consumer staples stocks and the broader European indices Coca-Cola HBC is listed on, while signalling that pricing power is helping offset higher input costs across the sector.
